Found on the eastern side of Lanzarote close to Arrecife, Costa Teguise is a top holiday resort which offers a wide variety of facilities, attractions and activities, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Without a doubt, the beaches are one of the resort’s most appealing features and attract visitors from all over the island. Las Cucharas is the biggest and arguably the best of the three beaches, made up of powder-soft golden sand and warm, clear waters which are just begging to be bathed in.

The smaller El Jabillo beach is mostly made up of pebbles, making it the ideal bay for visitors who aren’t keen on sand. Los Charcos is also a wonderful place to spend the day, where you can lounge around on sun-kissed sands whilst working on your tan.

Costa Teguise is most well known for its incredible water sports which attract thousands of windsurfing aficionados from all over the world. If you’re not a keen surfer yourself, you can have just as much fun watching the professionals ride the waves or try your hand at one of the many other water sports on offer, such as deep sea fishing, sailing, scuba diving and snorkelling.

Not just limited to beaches and water sports, the attractions in Costa Teguise also cover a spectacular 18-hole golf course where you can practise your swing or enjoy a couple of rounds. If golf isn’t your thing, the resort also boasts a fun-filled water park with a huge number of water slides and swimming pools suitable for the whole family to enjoy.

The centre of the resort is home to a fantastic variety of shops, where you can pick up everything from traditional souvenirs and gifts for friends and family back home to handmade jewellery and locally-sourced groceries. The heart of the resort is also peppered with cafes, bars and restaurants, providing you with ample choice when it comes to grabbing a coffee or a bite to eat.

As a whole, this modern resort is very tranquil, making it the ideal holiday spot for couples looking for a laid-back romantic break or families in search of a peaceful getaway.
